USE CASES
The strategy is proven in practice.
Here are the pilot projects we've already run. Each case is real evidence of solutions that work.

PILOT IN PROGRESS
In remote areas, security and defense efforts face a blind spot: public communications infrastructure is limited, unreliable, or simply nonexistent. Without a secure, private connection on the ground, coordinating teams and sustaining operations becomes risky.
A tactical bubble: a towable vehicle with its own antennas and communications core that establishes a private, autonomous, and transportable 5G network. Different types of equipment operate simultaneously on this network: ground robotics—a quadruped robot, the Warhog vehicle, and the LIMO rover—and a drone for aerial reconnaissance; cameras with video analytics and a thermal camera for monitoring; push-to-talk and push-to-video communications; and wearables that report to a central dashboard. All integrated and functioning over a single secure connection.
The deployment enables a secure and independent 5G network on site, keeping all integrated equipment connected and operational throughout the operation.

PILOT IN PROGRESS
Controlling the entry and exit of trains at the Nueva Aldea plant is key to dispatch traceability: each railcar must be identified and its load quantified. Doing so accurately and in real time is difficult without dedicated instrumentation on the track.
A monitoring structure is installed over the track that records trains as they enter and leave the plant. The system detects the license plates of the railcars, cross-references them with the dispatch guide, and obtains the cargo volume of each one. The captured data feeds into the plant's digital twin, of which this pilot project is a part.
El despliegue habilita el registro automático de cada vagón -patente y volumen de carga- asociado a su guía de despacho, aportando datos en tiempo real al gemelo digital de Nueva Aldea.

PILOT IN PROGRESS
Unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) typically rely on external connectivity added to the equipment, which limits their autonomy and performance in the field. Furthermore, boosting domestic manufacturing requires strengthening products developed in Chile instead of importing complete solutions.
In a collaborative design effort with C3D, the company started with their existing UGV (Unmanned Ground Vehicle) to adapt its structure and integrate native 5G connectivity. Instead of adding the connection as an accessory, 5G is incorporated into the vehicle's design itself, strengthening a domestically manufactured product.
The pilot program is moving towards a Chilean UGV with native factory-installed 5G, offering better connectivity in the field and a higher degree of integration than a model with an external connection.
